The ChoiceCash loan is made by Quill Bank, a Utah Charted bank, located in Provo, Utah. All loans will be serviced by Wheels Financial Group, LLC dba LoanMart (“LoanMart”). Loan proceeds are intended primarily for personal, family and household purposes. Quill Bank does not offer or service student loans. The ChoiceCash loan is a high cost loan. You may be able to obtain a loan from someone else at a lower rate of finance charge. You should compare the Annual Percentage Rate ("APR") of the ChoiceCash loan with other loans available from other lenders.

All loan applications are subject to meeting Quill Bank’s credit criteria, which includes providing acceptable property as collateral and verifiable proof of income. Not all applicants are approved. The minimum loan amount for a ChoiceCash Title Loan in California is $10,600. Application process could take five (5) minutes to complete. Upon completion, a conditional approval may be given pending review of documentation. Funding time is based on the time from final approval following receipt and review of all required documents and signing, prior to 5 p.m. PT on a business day. ChoiceCash loans are secured by a vehicle. Failure to make the required payments may result in repossession of the vehicle, and there may be costs associated with such repossession. Such costs may include the costs of towing, storing the vehicle and your personal property, and selling the vehicle (including preparing the vehicle for sale), all as permitted by applicable law.
